About the Program
The Sherwood Resorts and Hotels | Greenwood Resorts and Hotels loyalty program for agencies aims to reward partners for every registered booking.
For each booking made, our partners accumulate a certain number of points depending on the arrival date and the room category. Points can be used for free stays at Sherwood Resorts and Hotels | Greenwood Resorts and Hotels.
Terms and Conditions of the Loyalty Program
To earn points, bookings must be entered into the system by the agency.
Points are awarded for bookings with a minimum stay of 6 nights (minimum stay may vary by hotel), and the number of points varies depending on seasonal periods.
Bookings with special rates or conditions, such as complimentary nights, VIP bookings for Ceylan Holding A.Ş., group bookings, sports camps, etc., are excluded from the program.
The program is valid only for individual agencies. Online aggregators, wholesale tour operators, and call center-based sales are not eligible.
Individual (direct) reservations, reservations made through operators, and reservations made through online channels are accepted.
Bookings cannot be combined or transferred between third-party agencies.
Points will be credited only after the guest’s stay is completed and the departure is confirmed.
Points can be used for bookings with a minimum of two nights in standard rooms at Sherwood Resorts and Hotels | Greenwood Resorts and Hotels .
Important Notes:
Reservations must be entered into the system within 30 days from the date of booking.
Only reservations made and entered into the system within the same calendar year will be considered. Bookings from previous years will not be accepted or eligible for bonus points.
Sherwood Resorts and Hotels | Greenwood Resorts and Hotels reserves the right to cancel or modify the content, products, services, or terms of earning and redeeming points, or any part of the program, without prior notice to any third party.
