About the Sherwood & Greenwood Resorts bonus program
The Sherwood and Greenwood Resorts & Hotels loyalty program for agencies aims at rewarding the agency for every registered booking.
For each booking done, our partner accumulates a certain number of points depending on the arrival date and the room category. Points can be used for free stays at Sherwood and Greenwood Resorts.
Terms and conditions of the loyalty program
To earn points, you must enter the reservation you done into the system (the program includes reservations with accommodation from January 1, 2024).
Points are awarded for bookings with a minimum stay of 6 nights (minimum number of nights may vary by hotel) and the number of points awarded varies depending on season periods.
Points are not awarded for bookings done at special rates or conditions, such as complimentary nights, bookings for special guests of Ceylan Holding A.Ş., bookings for groups, sports camps, etc.
The system is valid only for agencies implementing individual programs. Online aggregators, tour operators engaged in wholesale sales, similar call center employees cannot take advantage of the loyalty program.
Individual agencies cannot use third party agencies bookings (combine or exchange the bookings).
Final confirmation of the reservation and the accrual of points is carried out upon the guest’s stay and departure from the hotel.
Points can be used for bookings with a minimum stay of two nights in standard rooms at Sherwood and Greenwood Resorts & Hotels.
As of 01/01/2024, the period for accumulating and using points is set for 3 years (until 2027). Points earned are not redeemed in cash.
